Are you able to offer full site plans and safety documents?

Yes of course. During the planning stage yourselves and our planning team we go through what exactly is required for your event and detailed within a full event & site plan will be all relevant safety documents and risk assessments.

Do you provide these services as a whole package or can you supply them separately also?

Yes of course, all services we offer can also be provided on their own depending on your requirements.

How early does planning begin before the event start date?

Here at Intentcity we pride ourselves on being as quick and efficient as possible within the planning process though of course there are a lot of boxes to tick when arranging these kinds of events. We normally ask customers to give us at least a 4-6 month lead time before the event is due.

Do you offer a service to provide on-site water?

Unfortunately, no. Due to the risk standing/stale water can cause to the public a specific insurance is required to offer this service. We do however have a great list of previously used companies that offer this service all across the UK.

Intentcity can provide you with everything you would need to get an event off the ground. You can start simple with exterior fences, crowd barriers and vendor tents. Moving up to more important things like on site power. All the way up to staging, bar tents, and full sound and lighting packages, we can cover the lot.
